Fourth of July Star Banner and Bonus Food Table Tag

Howdy Friends!
It's almost the Fourth.
I have put together a star banner that spells out AMERICA.
Print the file on card stock and cut out the stars.
You can tape them to a decorative ribbon or yarn or fishing line...whatever you want :)
I had some space left over.
You all know I hate to waste space and paper.
So I added a food table tag to the last page of the star banner file.
It doesn't actually say Pasta Salad.
You can hand write the name of your dish.

This will be my last post of printables until next week.
I might try to post some pictures of my kiddos that I took with my new camera.
Next week we start the Fun at the Beach Unit!
I will have more details about this until at the end of this week!

Fourth of July Cupcake Toppers

Hopefully this will sort of make up for my blog fails this week!
I have put together a set of Star shaped cupcake toppers.
You could use them for anything really.
Maybe make a cute little banner out of them with ribbon.
Hang the banner on the front of your food table.

Tomorrow I will post a bigger banner that you can hang wherever you see fit.
I would post it today, but it's not done. :)

Safari Animal Shadow Matching

For the Safari Animal Shadow match have your kiddo match the pictures of the animals up with their shadow.
This ends my Safari Animal unit.

I made a major blogging error this week.
I had all my posts scheduled for this unit three weeks ago.
Apparently I must have thought to myself that I would go ahead and schedule them all at once with the intentions of going back and updating everything before it's post date.
Well, in my head they were done.
Sorry for the posts that have come out this week that didn't seem quite finished.
This is what I get for trying to work ahead.
I also messed up the dates, because obviously I can't read a calendar.
Oops.
I apologize for my major blogging fail.
Unfortunately this is not my only blogging fail this week.
I'm on a roll!

The even badder (yes, it's a word today) news is that I don't have anything for the rest of the week :(
Maybe I will see what I can pull together to hold you over until I release the Fun at the Beach unit.

So after all that here is the the link to the Safari Animal Shadow Match.
I'm going back to my already posted posts from yesterday and Sunday to update them :)

Color Cut Paste - Giraffe

Sorry for anyone that visited this page earlier in the week.
My major blog fail was forgetting to update a few posts before they actually posted.
This is what I get for trying to work ahead!

This is my first attempt at a color, cut, paste worksheet.
I have provided all the parts and pieces of the giraffe.
Have your kiddo color all the parts and pieces.
Cut out each piece.
Glue all the pieces together.
I included a small picture of the giraffe as reference.

Safari Animal Puzzle

This is a super simple puzzle.
I provide a light dotted line to cut the puzzle out.
You can laminate for extra sturdiness.
Enjoy!

Safari Animal Race Game

I am starting off my Safari Unit with what I hope is a fun game.
I have a tendency to over-think things.
Like to a fault.

There are three ways to play this game.
Basic
Moderate
Advanced

I provided rules for each level.

The file includes the following:
Game Board
Rules for all levels
Game Markers
Color Cards
Number Cards
Number Reference Card
You can use a dice for this game with the moderate and
advanced levels in place of the number cards if you wish.

It all sounds complicated.
It's not really.
Just make sure to read everything included in the file.
Up to five players can play at once.
